CANCELLATION RIGHTS
It's rare, but if you are not entirely happy, you are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery is made for a full refund on the goods . Please inform us of your decision to cancel with a clear statement of cancellation via email to returns@theslumberstudio.com.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The items were purchased in the last 14 days
- The items are in their original packaging, unused and unassembled
- You have proof of purchase
Before you return anything please liaise with our Support Team so they will know to expect your return and issue a refund. They will also be able to advise you of the best way to return your item and confirm the return delivery address.

REFUNDS
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We can also refund any delivery charges for orders cancelled right up to the day before delivery is made. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund delivery charges for cancellations made on the day, or after delivery has been attempted or completed.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom products (such orders made to your specifications or clearly personalised) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
